Gia đình

The Gia đình are a loose collective of gangs and syndicates operating within the Vietnamese Province of China. Originally a blanket name for organised crime within Viet Nam, following the Lántiān Offensive and the subsequent annexation of Viet Nam by China, the Gia đình became a collective name for the underground resistance against the Chinese government.

Officially, the Gia đình is listed as a Triad. However, unlike other organized crime groups, the Gia đình does not prioritize profits or public exploitation. Within 3 days approximately 5900 members of the Gia đình were either killed or arrested, with only a handful being able to escape. The Aftermath was devastating for the Gia đình: most cells operating in other cities went into hiding, while the Chinese government imposed even stricter draconian law onto the Vietnamese population.

By 2087, Gia đình activity was minimal, as the province had the Raids still fresh in their minds...
