Summary
The SprawlNET is the networked infrastructure that handles all hypertext transfer protocol, virtual reality, financial transactions - quite literally speaking, any and all electronic data of any type to include the things that are aggregated by the ChipWare in your body, the things you hear on the radio, the television you watch, your text messages, your personal TriBox - it runs 100%, via the SprawlNET.
Infrastructural Sprawl
As all cities currently under, or coming under Triumvirate control are currently on Sprawl, SprawlNET is a layer of network topology on top of all of that. That means that, yes, networks physical infrastructure is mirrored to a NetSpace that can in fact be accessed; while the physical makeup of the physical space may change, anything and everything that has network infrastructure on the Net, within a Sprawl, does in fact have an accessible NetSpace.
SprawlROOTs
SprawlROOTs are massive, towering datacenters that are set up on a by-Sprawl basis. Every Sprawl within Zone's 1, 2, 3, and 4 within Cascadia each have a SprawlROOT. These places act as mainframe datacenters for all SprawlNET activity.
Cell Signals
Within Sprawl-enabled countries, there is no longer any sort of -G system.
Everything within Sprawl-enabled countries maintains 100%, uninterrupted coverage at all times, reaching speeds of 5 gbps.
Thus, there is no need to hook "internet" up to an apartment - one simply purchases a product that connects to SprawlNET, turns it on, and it works.
