Description
Florida is a self sustaining anarchy state supplied by warlords fighting proxy wars to gain control of the valuable Intercoastal Waterway from South America to North America. With most of the state now underwater and being a massive archipelago bayou, most travel is done by boats, ships, water planes or by slogging it. Florida as of 2059, has a permanent super-hurricane stationed over it, and as such the native wildlife has adapted a more land based predatory lifestyle.
