Fellsskogar is a neo-pagan feudal state, loosely based around the Danish islands, remainings of Iceland and parts of Norway, divided into several warbands of battle hardened people, that constantly compete with each other for domination over the other faction. Be it through means of war, bribery or complete annihilation of their opponent. The war between these parties usually end whenever most, if not all, tribes yield to their new leader – Their Jarl. Whenever the new Jarl is elected through one or the other way, Fellsskogar enters a stage of relative peace. During these times, people pray to their Gods and prepare for assaults on other nations.

Many nations have tried to pacify or overtake the hotheaded residents of Fellsskogar, only to have their attempts fail, due to hostility and zelousness of these people. Peaceful actions against these techn-barbarians usually end in being ignored, while open assaults turn into full-on wars, that run the pockets of their opponents dry.

Religion: Neo-paganism, old Norse mythology. Sometimes, with elements of transhumanism in certain tribes (i.e. some warbands may believe that their Gods carry godly auguments, or, in case of extremes, their Gods are synthetic humans/droids).
