Leech, or "L", is a TEN Card status code that denotes a citizen of the SprawlState who is unemployed by any entity registered with the Triumvirate.

Typically, those who are individualized mercenaries, or solos, or anything of the sort that culminates in Ukiyo City's massive underground criminal network, will be considered a "Leech" by TEN Card status code.
