Hacking
Summary
Hacking is a mechanic in CO2SM by which NetRunners/Hackers etc use to gain access or successfully deploy a payload to a target.

PVP
- During combat, the hacker sees their target, becomes within range of them.
- They do their RP, and then roll a dice with as many sides as their "Offensive Hacking" skill value is.
- The targets responds with RP, and then rolls a dice with as many sides as their "Defensive Hardening" skill value is.
- Hacker and target compare their rolls, whomever has the higher roll succeeds.
PVE
- During combat, the hacker sees their target, becomes within range of it.
- They do their RP, and will then compare their Offensive Hacking stat to the target's Defensive Hardening value.
- If the hacker's Offensive Hacking skill is higher than the target's Defensive Hardening value, they succeed.
- If not, hacker can roll a dice with as many sides as double their Offensive Hacking skill, to attempt to outroll the target's Defensive Hardening skill.
