For the most part, this is a very standard Akali. Team EnVyUs (Nexus), led by jungler Maurice "Wickd" Petersen, beat Team Immortals (TBD) 2-1, and are set to meet Team Dignitas, who had to do a 3-2 series win to oust CLG, in a best-of-seven series this week. In most games, we see the AD Carry as a strong initiation threat.

Her Q gives her a powerful wave of fire in a small area, and her ult will do some damage and slow enemies.

They have the tools for that, but they do nothing with them. There's nothing special about that, they could just as easily use the team voice, they could just as easily send a group message to people in a chat.

Her E gives her a shield that blocks for a bit and then goes away.

If they can win in the finals, they will win the LCS. One particular example would be team games.

As the community gets pumped to start playing with League of Legends on July 20, a bunch of new champions, items, maps and more will debut to the masses.

Games will be taking place at multiple LCS venues, including Key Arena in Seattle and the Target Center in Minneapolis. It doesn't make sense that they do nothing with this tool. Champion Update: Akali
Akali also got a nice champion update. This is the team that won the league of legends builds of Legends Championship Series three times in a row from 2015 to 2017 and is expected to win again this year.

The winner of that series can also lay claim to the most prestigious championship trophy in the world: the Summoner’s Cup.
This is all because Team Envy is the most established team in the LCS.

However, a true AD Carry, even if they have the right runes, might still find themselves lacking in the laning phase.

Her W gives her her Akali Blades, which are a large circular area of reduced damage and knock-up. If the AD Carry is weak and doesn’t get the kills he needs, he’s going to get pushed and have less farm. Even if Team Dignitas comes out on top, that doesn’t mean they will automatically take home the Summoner’s Cup.

You have various advantages with this. Prediction: Team Envy to win 3-1
The most intriguing matchup will likely be the series between Team Immortals and Team Envy.

Expect both teams to make bold plays as the game will be going down at a very fast pace. How will the finals play out?
Unlike other professional sports, League of Legends will not have its games being played in a single location. Riot is giving Rioters an early sneak peek into all the new content as we countdown to launch.

Game modes of champions, there's not much they can do about it, but they can improve the game itself. Games from week nine and beyond will take place in Seattle.
Game one of this finals series will be taking place Wednesday, May 23 at 11:00 a.m.

Champion Update: Tryndamere
While Riot’s official Champion Update video might have had a few errors and was released a day early, the developer didn’t leave us without a nice set of champion updates.

The League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) is down to its final few teams as the league’s playoffs get underway.

I mean, you can't argue with me that when they get the opportunity to do something that will make their game more popular they are just not going to do it. With team games you have a team, a captain and you have a number of players. With no true nemesis, Team Envy is the perfect final four team.
This team will be looking to sweep their final opponent and go back to the world championship as World Champions.

The bot lane, in its current iteration, can provide this farm by helping clear early pressure and allowing the AD Carry to focus on getting damage for late game. For an AD Carry that needs a lot of farm, it becomes problematic to play AD, as their primary job is to initiate team fights.

The winner of that series goes to the Summoner’s Cup.

And that's how they are just wasting time, time that they could have spent making their game better.

If anything, Team Envy has had an exceptional regular season. PST, and I expect the matchup will feature two of the best to come out of North America this season. This week’s LCS final pits two of the top teams from the NA LCS.

One advantage is that you get a voice for your team, a captain can issue orders. As for the last challenger, it will be Team Dignitas’ first time facing off against an NA team in the League of Legends Championship Series. With four teams left, each team can potentially claim the Summoner’s Cup as their prize for being the best team.
And with the world championships just around the corner, the final teams and what they will need to do in their quest to claim the Summoner’s Cup aren’t hard to figure out.

However, in the early game, it can be hard for the AD Carry to get the farm needed to be viable in the late game.

With the champions that they have the tools they have available they can just be able to issue orders through a voice. And we got plenty of new champions to play with to boot.

If the AD Carry has good kills but no farm, he might struggle to last into the mid game.
