Description
The MetroHUB, formally known as the 'Lower MetroHUB' prior to the collapse of the Upper MetroHUB, is the underground layer of Ukiyo City. It is home to 'Club Uptime' and many other notable establishments. Though previously home to many factories for small to major corporations, the recent instability of Japan led to many of these factories either being abandoned or completely repurposed.
