Description
The United States of America was a democratic republic of 50 provinces, called states, a federal district, 5 distinct territories and various possessions. The executive leader of the nation was called the President. At 3.8 million square miles (9.8 million km2), it was the world's third- or fourth-largest country by total area. This nation was an ethnically and ideologically diverse nation, and formed the basis of how certain postmodern nations would run on for the next hundred years. The United States of America was the worlds leading scientific development, research and political, cultural force. A third of its annual taxes went to its own self defense.
Collapse of the Republic
