Summary

JTRI, or "Japanese Triumvirate", is the marriage-point between The Triumvirate, and The Corporate Government of Japan.

It is a purely provisional, transitional government, and is composed of the new, incoming Triumvirate, and the remnants of Japan's prior governmental system.
