Digi-Drugs are Consumables that alter the stats or state of a character. They also sometimes have additional functionality. What differs them from Chems is that they are completely based on digital or electronic forms of transmission. They generally can't affect non-augmented characters and mostly are designed for characters with CyberBrains or some androids.
They generally do not work on robots or computers unless specifically stated in the description.
