Summary
The Underground District, or "UD," is a district within Ukiyo City that is completely located underground, having been once a series of metro tunnels, now converted into a full-fledge nightlife, shopping, and residential series of blocks.
Access to the UD is dotted throughout the above-ground areas of Ukiyo City.
